The Retention Representative will make outreach calls to proposed involuntary and voluntarily unenrolled members. The representative will provide education and proactive retention recommendations and strategies to avoid disenrollment. This position also outreaches to members to educate members to make and keep doctor appointments and enters data into department systems as needed. Coordinates member transportation as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably within an outbound call center environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment to include documenting and entering data into databases, spreadsheets or Word documents.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and internet search skills required.
